I've been sitting here in NYC thinking about the many years that I've known you, and all of the business dealings that we've had, and decided that I should formally thank you for your efforts, especially now. 

Having sold my C-340 to Germany, my Mooney to Michigan, and now my Bonanza A36 to Florida, in this 2024 climate, requires a little extra effort on my part!!

 In discussing you with my real estate broker friend, she wanted some insight into your "secret sauce". Things are very tough in her market also. You'll correct me if I'm wrong, but I answered "persistence and keeping his word". I think that I got it right. 

So..."The time has come the walrus said, to speak of many things..." and my time with airplanes has also, sadly come.

I was lucky enough to read Trade-A-Plane online in early April and spotted the 1650TT/300 SFOH (U2A) Aerostar you were brokering. I have flown N27NP nearly 40 hours since purchase and they have been the best 40 hours of my 25 year flying career.
